Product Description
We have different types of EMB, DBS, SBW and EPB. EMB: Intelligent Mechanical Brake-by-Wire System The EMB-ECU responds to the vehicle VCU's clamping force request, controls the MGU to operate, and drives the friction pads to clamp the brake disc via the MGU's high-precision gears and the ball screw drive of the caliper, thereby generating braking force. DBS:Intelligent Brake-by-Wire System Brake-By-Wire System-3001: The DBS controller responds to target hydraulic pressure control commands from the vehicle controller or the upper-level machine, controlling the DBS motor operation. Through the worm gear mechanism, the motor's rotational torque is converted into horizontal movement torque, thereby driving the brake master cylinder to generate braking pressure. Under hydraulic action, the brake caliper pushes the friction pads to clamp the brake disc, generating braking force. Brake-By-Wire System-5001-W: Wire Control Mode: The DBS controller responds to target hydraulic pressure control commands from the vehicle controller or the upper-level machine, controlling the DBS motor operation to achieve closed-loop pressure control. Brake-By-Wire System-5001-Z: Assist Mode: The DBS controls the motor operation based on the displacement sensor travel changes to achieve closed-loop pressure control. The relationship between pedal travel and pressure can be calibrated through the upper-level machine. SBW: Smart Steer-by-Wire Steer-By-Wire System-3001: The SBW3001 controller responds to the desired steering angle control commands from the vehicle controller or the upper-level machine, controlling the SBW3001 steering motor. Through the transmission mechanism and the left and right tie rods, the motor's rotational torque is converted into horizontal movement torque, thereby enabling the steering wheels to follow the desired steering angle. Steer-By-Wire System-3004: Assist Mode: During manual steering, the torque (steering) sensor detects the torque and intended direction of the steering wheel. These signals are sent to the ECU via the data bus. The ECU makes comprehensive decisions based on the transmitted torque, intended direction, and other data signals, thereby generating assistive force. Wire Control Mode: The SBW3004 controller responds to the desired steering angle control commands from the vehicle controller or the upper-level machine, controlling the SBW3004 steering motor to generate rotational torque. This rotational torque is then converted into horizontal movement force with the help of an external transmission mechanism and left and right tie rods, enabling the steering wheels to follow the desired steering angle. Steer-By-Wire System-3005: Assist Mode: During manual steering, the torque (steering) sensor detects the torque and intended direction of the steering wheel. EPB: Electronic Braking Parking System Electronic Parking Brake System: The controller responds to the vehicle controller's commands, controlling the caliper motor to operate.
